ASAP's Farm Tour

Kid-friendly

ASAP's annual Farm Tour opens working farms within an hour of Asheville for a self-guided weekend drive: guided tours, demonstrations and tastings at vegetable farms, livestock operations, vineyards, orchards, flower and fiber farms across Western North Carolina, noon to 5 p.m. both days. One car pass covers everyone in the vehicle at every farm on the tour ($35 in advance, $45 on the tour weekend in 2026). Run by ASAP, the Asheville nonprofit behind the Local Food Guide and Appalachian Grown; the year's farms are announced in summer.

Every year
