AmiciMusic returns with a thrilling program entitled “THE SOUND of AMERICA.” Pianist and Artistic Director Daniel Weiser will be joined by violinist Tim Schwarz from Philadelphia in this exciting exploration of the incredible diversity of our American sound. The program includes Spirituals and Ragtime as well as Blues-inspired works by W.C. Handy and William Grant Still, the Native-American inspirations of Charles Cadman, the Jewish influence on Ernest Bloch, the country fiddling in Aaron Coplan
